Terms of Service
1. Introduction
Mini Moments Imagery provides professional photography services specialising in Newborn, Maternity, and Family photography through carefully curated packages. Additionally, our Mini Moments Package offers exclusive themed mini sessions for select occasions. By booking a session with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Booking & Payments
- A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your session. This will be deducted from your final balance.
- The deposit must be paid within 48 hours of initial contact. If not received in time, your slot may be released to another client.
- The remaining balance must be paid by bank transfer, no later than 24 hours before your session.
- Payment details will be provided in your welcome pack upon booking.
- A reminder email with payment instructions will be sent a few days prior to your session.
- We do not accept cash, cheque, or card payments—bank transfer is the only accepted method.
- If the final balance is not received within 7 calendar days after the session, your gallery will not be edited.
- Galleries will remain open for 30 days after the session. If full payment is not received within that timeframe, the gallery and its contents will be deleted to make room for new client sessions.
- If full payment is received between 7–30 days after your session, editing will resume. However, the delivery date will be later than initially scheduled.
- If you need your gallery by a specific date/event, we will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee delivery if payment delays occur.
- A £25 fast-track fee is available for late-paying clients wishing to receive their gallery within the original timeframe. If fast-tracking isn't possible, this fee won’t be charged and your gallery will be delivered within the standard 3-week editing period, starting from the date full payment is received.
- Mini Moments Imagery is not responsible for late gallery delivery caused by unpaid balances as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
- Your deposit can be transferred to a new date, subject to availability.
- If further rescheduling is needed after the first revised booking, a new deposit must be paid again.
- If an alternative date cannot be agreed upon, or you wish to cancel your booking, your deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited.
- If you choose to schedule a future session at a later date, a new non-refundable deposit will be required to secure the booking.
- If Mini Moments Imagery must cancel your session due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of your deposit will be provided.
- Mini Moments Imagery reserves the right to update this cancellation policy at any time to reflect changes in scheduling practices or business requirements. Any updates will be posted here with the revised effective date.
4. Mini Sessions
Our Mini Moments Package is available for Mommy & Me, Daddy & Me, Sitters, and Seasonal Mini's.
- Seasonal Mini sessions are not available all year round and will vary in theme throughout the year.
- Availability for seasonal sessions will be announced in advance, and bookings are limited.
5. Travel & Location Shoots
Mini Moments Imagery provides a variety of flexible shoot options designed to suit your lifestyle and preferences. The following terms apply to all travel-related and location-based sessions:
- Studio Sessions
Mini Moments Imagery operates from a home studio in Wombourne, which utilises natural light to create beautifully soft and timeless portraits.
- Home Sessions
For clients who prefer the comfort of their own home, I can travel to your residence and set up near a window to make the most of available natural light.
- Outdoor Location Shoots
Family and Maternity sessions can be booked at outdoor locations of your choosing, offering organic scenery and a relaxed setting for lifestyle photography.
- Travel Coverage & Fees
Travel within a 10-mile radius of Wombourne is included in your session fee.
Travel beyond this distance will incur a charge of £0.40 per mile, calculated via AA Route Planner, based on the route from Mini Moments Imagery's home studio to your chosen location or home address.
Any additional expenses, such as parking fees, will also be chargeable to the client.
If overnight accommodation is required for extended or event-based bookings, this will be discussed at the time of booking and charged to the client accordingly.
- Out-of-Hours & Extended Stay Charges
Bookings requested before 09:00am or after 17:00pm will incur an out-of-hours charge of £30.00.
If you request that Mini Moments Imagery remain at a location beyond the agreed session end time (e.g. staying over during an event or travel shoot), an additional charge of £20.00 per hour will apply.
6. Image Delivery & Usage
- Your image gallery will be available within three weeks of your session date. For special occasions such as birthdays, please ensure sessions are scheduled accordingly.
- Once your gallery is ready, you will receive an email invitation to view your images via our secure online platform.
- All images will be initially watermarked for copyright protection.
- Clients will be able to select final images based on their package allowance, after which high-resolution, unwatermarked digital copies will be delivered.
-RAW image files will not be provided; clients will receive only the final edited images as part of their package.
- Mini Moments Imagery retains full copyright of all images and reserves the right to use them for marketing, promotional purposes, and social media across all platforms unless a written agreement states otherwise.
- Clients may not alter, edit, crop, or apply filters to final images without prior written permission.
7. Purchasing Additional Images
- Additional digital images are available for purchase at £10.00 per image.
- You may also opt to purchase the full gallery for £120.00 (approx. 35 images in a standard session).
- Some standard galleries offer a smaller gallery size of approx 25 images, with the option to purchase the full gallery for £100.00.
- Mini shoot galleries will include approximately 20 images, with the full gallery available for £80.00.
-At present, our packages include digital images only; printed products are not offered. However, this may change in the future as we continue to expand and refine our services
8. Liability & Client Responsibility
- Mini Moments Imagery takes all reasonable steps to ensure a safe and enjoyable photography session. However, we are not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during the session.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for the safety and supervision of their children during the session.
9. Image Usage & Marketing Rights
Mini Moments Imagery reserves the right to use images from your session for marketing, portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media platforms, printed materials, and advertising.
We understand that privacy is important, and if you prefer not to have your images shared, please inform us at the time of booking. Clients may request to opt out of marketing use in writing, and this will be respected without impact on their session experience.
By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree that images may be used to showcase our work unless otherwise requested.

By booking a session with Mini Moments Imagery, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
